Q: Is your ordering process secure?
A: We guarantee that every transaction you make at PCROO.COM will be 100% safe. We use secure server software (SSL) for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card when making purchases.. Orders are subject to PCROO.COMs verification procedure. For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner, or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or through our secure upload page. Should your order require verification, you will be notified by phone or email. For this reason it is imperative that you provide us with both your current daytime and evening phone numbers. 
PCROO.COM reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: We offer a variety of shipping options and services for your order.  Our standard delivery method is Fed Ex ground, by which shipping time is usually 1-2 days once we have the approval of your credit card.  However, you may call us to request a number of alternative methods, including blind drop shipping, expedite, same day shipping and more.

Q: Will you ship internationally?  
A: Our shopping cart is currently not integrated to accept international orders online. You may place an order via phone or email. However please note the following:

  • PCROO.COM reserves the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
  • Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages.
  • The products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements.
  • Products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
  • The responsibility for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country is solely that of the customer.
  • Manufacturer warranties may not be valid.
  • Manufacturer service options may not be available.

Q: Once I have placed my order, how can I check the status of it?
A: Each submitted order will receive an email confirming the order. To check the status of an order a user can also login and click the Order Status menu button at the bottom of the screen.

Q: Can i Change my account Information?
A: To modify your account information, please email us at customerservice@pcroo.com.  Your billing and shipping information can be changed on your order as long as it has not entered the packing stage.

Q: What kind of warranty is included with PCROO products?
A: Selling refurbished computers is only half our job at PCROO.COM. The other half is to provide the best service and warranty in the industry. All of our refurbished products come with a 90 day limited warranty.

Q: Can the warranty be extended for a longer period?

A:  We want to ensure that you get the peace of mind you deserve with every purchase you make. After all, the last thing anyone wants is for trouble to occur after the warranty has expired. We want to ensure that you get the peace of mind you deserve with every purchase you make. That is why an Extended Warranty is available for purchase.

Q: Can I return my product for a refund?
A:  Yes PCROO.COM offers a 30 day return policy. In the unlikely event you would like to have a refund, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we charge a 15% restocking fee of your original purchase price. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials.  All returns must obtain a prior RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from PCROO.COM In order for credit to be issued.

Q: What are your Sales Policies?
A:  Our Policy

Tax is not collected on purchases unless the order is shipping to New Jersey.  It is the customer's responsibility to handle all sales tax regulations, if applicable, for states other than New Jersey.  Please note that Government, education, non-profit organizations, public charities, churches and other religious organizations usually qualify for tax-exempt purchases. Once approved, customers may make tax-exempt purchases. To Apply for a Tax-Exempt account, please contact us at customerservice@pcroo.com.

  • Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify PCROO.COM  within 24 hours if any products are missing or damaged.
  • PCROO.COM  strives to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. In the event a      product is listed with an error in pricing or incorrect content, PCROO.COM  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit card charged. In the event that a credit card has already been charged and an order subsequently cancelled, PCROO.COM  will issue a refund to the credit card account for the amount charged.
  • PCROO.COM  will not be responsible or held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product(s) it sells.
