WHAT SHIPPER DOES PCROO.COM GO  THROUGH?

PCROO.COM offers a variety of  shipping options and services for your order. Our standard delivery method is Fed Ex Ground delivery, by which handling time is usually 1-2 days after the approval of  your credit card. However, you can call us to request a number of alternative  methods, including expedite, blind drop shipping, express shipping and more.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH SHIPPER I WENT THROUGH?

You can check the information  about your order once you log in to your account at www.pcroo.com; just click  the link for ORDER STATUS.  If the  package has shipped there should be a tracking number(s) and carrier information.  In addition, tracking number should be e-mailed to you when orders ship.

HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER TAKE?

Once payment has been received we  ask for 2-3 business days for processing the order. Most times we ship the day  after the payment is made however there are some things that could hold your  order up and cause a delay. To help us get your package to you as soon as we  can, please make sure to provide the correct and complete information such as  your name and shipping address.

WHAT WILL I DO IF THE SHIPPING  ADDRESS I ENTERED IS INCORRECT?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After  payment has been made and confirmed, you will be receiving an e-mail from  PCROO.COM which will include the tracking number and any other details about  your package. Also, you can check the shipping information once you log in to your  account at www.pcroo.com

WHAT IF THE TRACKING NUMBER IS  NOT VALID?

For most carriers the tracking number is not valid until it arrives at a  central hub or sometimes the driver fails to scan all packages. As a result,  the tracking number is invalid. In the unlikely event, please wait at a day or  two if your order can be tracked already. Otherwise, please e-mail us at customerservice@pcroo.com  or contact our toll free number 1-866-610-9466.  You can also visit our website at www.pcroo.com, our friendly chat support  representatives will be glad to assist you further.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE UNITED STATES?

WHAT IF I REFUSED A SHIPMENT OR IT WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER?

If the shipment is refused due to shipping damage, PCROO.COM will reship  the merchandise once it has arrived. However, if the shipment was refused  because the customer no longer wants the product, PCROO.COM will refund the  product as specified in the terms of sale minus shipping and 15% restocking  fee. If the shipment was not delivered due to the customer entered the wrong  shipping address or information, PCROO.COM will contact the customer to  authorize another shipping charge and then reship the merchandise. If PCROO.COM  inputted the wrong information or shipping address to the carrier then the  package will be shipped at the expense of PCROO.COM.

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED IS INCOMPLETE?

Check the number of tracking numbers for your order. Make sure all packages have arrived. CAN MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS ASIDE FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, all you need to give us is the comple shipping address where you want your orders to be delivered and also would need to contact our toll free number 1-866-610-9466 for verification.
