WARRANTY / EXCHANGE INFORMATION

PCROO.COM offers at least 90 days of limited warranty on all refurbished laptops. We ensure you that your purchase is always worry free and backed by our no-hassle replacement option. This Limited warranty is valid and starts as of the day you receive your laptop.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED WITH THE LIMITED WARRANTY

Software, including the operating system and software added to the hardware, third-party software, or the reloading of software. Whether bundled or installed by you, it will not be covered under the laptop limited warranty.

Damage to or loss of data
Problems that result from:

External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power.
Servicing not authorized by PCROO.COM.
Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance.
Batteries/charging system; accessories or parts added to the laptop computer after the system is shipped from PCROO.COM.
Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by the manufacturer.
Products with missing or altered Service Tags or serial numbers
Products for which PCROO.COM has not received payment
Normal wear and tear

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

In the unlikely event you would like to have a refund, all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we charge a 15% restocking fee of your original purchase price. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. All returns must obtain a prior RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from PCROO.COM in order for credit to be issued.
